FormPay — Multi-Gateway Payments for WPForms & Elementor Forms

FormPay is a professional WordPress plugin that adds secure, payment-first integration with Razorpay, Stripe & PayPal for both WPForms and Elementor Forms. It ensures payments are successfully completed before any form entry is created — perfect for paid registrations, admissions, and secure form workflows.

Installation

1. Upload the plugin via Plugins → Add New → Upload.
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Navigate to FormPay in the WordPress admin menu.

Supported Gateways

FormPay supports three payment gateways:

Configuration

Configure your payment gateway API keys and settings under FormPay → Settings.

Razorpay

• Enter Razorpay Key ID & Secret
• Select Test or Live mode

Stripe

• Enter Stripe Publishable Key & Secret Key
• Enter the Webhook Signing Secret

PayPal

• Enter PayPal Client ID & Secret
• Select Sandbox or Live mode

Webhook Setup

Copy the matching webhook URL from FormPay → Settings into each gateway's dashboard:

General steps

1. Open your payment gateway dashboard → Webhook Settings.
2. Add a new webhook endpoint.
3. Paste the corresponding webhook URL from above.
4. Enter the webhook secret (match the value in plugin settings).
5. Enable the relevant payment events.

Elementor Forms Integration

FormPay extends Elementor Forms with the same payment-first architecture used for WPForms.

How it works

1. Create a form using the Elementor Forms widget.
2. Enable FormPay payment for that form in the Fee Manager.
3. Set the payment amount.
4. Users fill the form → redirected to payment → webhook verifies → entry created.

Form Fees Manager

Set the payment fee for each form (WPForms or Elementor):

1. Go to FormPay → Form Fees.
2. Select the form type (WPForms or Elementor Forms).
3. Enable payment for the selected forms.
4. Set the amount and select the gateway.
5. Save.

Fee Highlight Badge

The Fee Highlight Badge is a visual indicator that appears in the admin area on WPForms and Elementor Forms that have payment fees enabled.

• Automatically shown on forms with active payment fees
• Helps admins quickly identify payment-enabled forms
• Displays the configured fee amount
• No configuration needed — it appears automatically

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard shows:

• Total Payments & Revenue across all gateways
• Multi-gateway status overview
• Webhook URLs for each gateway
• Mode (Test/Live) per gateway
• Getting Started tasks
• Quick actions

Payment Logs

You can review captured payments here. Features include:

• Filters (status, form, gateway, date range)
• Search by Payment / Transaction ID
• Pagination
• Gateway-specific timestamps

Branding Options

From the settings page you can customize:

• Payment page title
• Brand color
• Logo (site or custom)
